If the ordered "Micro-site" (the licensee's own white label system) does not meet the licensee's satisfaction within 6 months of the formal handover (this is after the 1 month soft handover period) then Oyster will happily refund the licensee's Sign-up fee subject to maintaining license and contracted module payments as normal for the first 6 months as per contract terms.  The licensee will then be released from further obligations and the system disconnected.

Should the customer have a change of heart within 30 days of their requesting money back a nominal fee will be charged for reconnection.  Due to all the work that goes into making these system fit each licensee's needs we feel it churlish if a licensee does not give us a chance to rectify any points of dissatisfaction and so will hold any licensee liable for breach of contract if they do not complete the license payments for this period.

Should this period elapse from the formal handover then the contract terms will apply - the premise being that 6 months is more than enough for the customer to identify and Oyster rectify any issues.  Failure to maintain license payments until the end of this period as per normal due dates will render this offer null and void.  Likewise this offer is not available to those under the Bites introductory rate.
