It is critical to us that you are happy that your data is secure and safe from falling into the hands of a third party or from potential loss.  It would mean disaster for us if we were responsible for making that possible and so we believe we have taken every conceivable safeguard to minimise the chances of this,  inclusive handing absolute control over data back to the client. Although the system itself relies on the databases and data to provide filtered information to enable the system to perform, due to the segregated structure Oyster's staff never has access to the raw data.  Responsibility for this data is handed back to the client who will be able to upload and download at any time the raw data. Time-logged automatic back-ups will automatically be made to make sure the client can't make disastrous mistakes in deleting whole databases etc. Again only the client has access to these.
