Oyster is a registered Tech Referral Partner with Avalara.

It means that we are working together to make sure your invoicing is compliant with your local governmental legislated requirements in both invoicing format and centralised automated reporting. Governments are wishing to increasingly centralise their tax reporting and are automating this at invoice level requiring companies operating in their country to be compliant. Avalara have the expertise and local representation to keep on top of any changes in local bureaucratical requirements imposed on our licensees by the states whom they report their taxes to.

How does it work?
Avalara E-Invoicing and Live Reporting receives invoice data from Oyster in XML UBL 2.1 format, converts the data into outgoing e-invoices in the formats required by individual country regulations, then transmits it to the local tax offices’ platforms or exchange networks. The solution supports FatturaPA for the SDI in Italy, FA-VAT for the KSeF in Poland, Peppol BIS 3.0, Peppol PINT, UBL, and other formats, with the option to provide human-readable PDF invoices.
The solution can also automatically convert incoming e-invoices provided by tax authorities or exchange networks in their respective formats into XML UBL 2.1 and stores it on Oyster.
